Enron Executives Organization Structure's FoundBased on Complex Network

Enron's top managers' organization structure is set up based on complex networks theories and email data set. Based on communication behavior and email content, we adopt two ways to build people relationship network, and then detect the key people. Through the treatment and analysis of large amount of data, the process flow chart and detail explanation are obtained. By using Simple Kmeans algorithm, we analyzed the cluster behavior of character relationship, and mined the key nodes of the network. Moreover, we adopt Weka and Ucinet software to draw relationship network diagram. The analysis results have a certain reference value and practical significance.
