电解催化氧化法处理L—乳酸精制残留液的初步研究

Preliminary study on the treatment of refining residue of L—lactic acid by electrolytic catalytic oxidation method

  • 摘要: 电解催化氧化法能很好地降解高浓度有机废水中的有机污染物,是一种高级氧化技术.针对L-乳酸精制残留液CODcr值约高达140000 mg/L的特点,本文对电解催化氧化处理L-乳酸精制残留液进行了初步研究.结果表明,在直流电解电流密度为280A/m2时,电解12小时,并消解5天,CODcr的去除率为98.57%,脱色率为52.77%.

     

    Abstract: The electrolytic catalytic oxidation method can degrade high concentration organic wastewater effectively. It is a kind of APO. The CODcr of refining residue of L-lactic acid reaches 140000 mg/l, so here we make a study of treating the refining residue by this method.The results show that when the density of direct current is 280 A/m2,and if the time of electrolysis is twelve hours and the time of dispel is five days,the removal rate of CODcr can reach 98.57%,and the rate of decolour can reach 52.77%.
