冷却速度对NiTiNb宽滞后记忆合金相变温度的影响

Effects of Cooling Rate on Transformation Temperature of NiTiNb Shape Memory Alloy with Wide Hysteresis

  • 摘要: 利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和扫描电镜研究了不同热处理冷却速度下NiTiNb记忆合金相变温度的变化规律和显微组织.结果显示,NiTiNb记忆合金相变温度随冷却速度加快呈显著上升趋势.电镜观察以及能谱分析表明,冷却速度加快使得基体Ni/Ti原子比降低,导致相变温度升高.

     

    Abstract: The effects of cooling rate on the transformation temperature and the microstructure of NiTiNb alloy were investigated by using SEM and DSC.The result shows that with the increase of cooling rate the transformation temperature increases.SEM and energy spectrum analysis shows that the Ni/Ti ratio in the matrix decreases,which causes a higher transformation temperature of the alloy.
