A New method of TIG Welding With the Effective Heat Power Controlled

  • 摘要: 本文以大量薄板TIG焊实验建立起的数学模型为基础,成功研制了8098单片微机控制的有效热功率恒定TIG电源系统.该电源系统能输出斜率角α=70°~145°范围内的任意直线型外特性.对于不同材料、不同厚度的薄板,在预实验的基础上,电源可以通过输出最佳外特性,在弧长变化5mm、网压波动±10%的情况下,有效热功率恒定,焊缝宽度基本不变.

     

    Abstract: On the basis of mathematical moduels and experiments of the Thin Sheet TIG welding,TIG welding power supply with effective heat power constantly controlled by 8098 monolithic microcomputer is studied in the thesis.The power supply which can present variable linear Volt-Amper characteristic(VAC)at an angle ranging between 70°and 145°is able to give the optimun VAC by means of user's pre-trial.With the system,the equivalent weld width is stable when the variation of arc length is no more than 5 mm and the fluctuation of grid voltage no more than ±10%.
