废弃锂离子电池中有价金属的分离回收试验研究

Recovery experiment of valuable metals from spent lithium ion batteries

  • 摘要: 根据锂离子二次电池的正极废料的性质特点,对废旧锂离子电池正极材料中有价金属进行了分离回收试验研究.用硫酸中和碱浸液中的铝,制取化学纯氢氧化铝,实验表明,最佳沉铝条件为:NaOH浓度为1.20mol/L.最佳酸浸条件为:反应温度80℃、50%的H2SO4、浓度30%的H2O2的用量为1.4ml/g(碱浸渣)、反应时间120min.

     

    Abstract: According to the characteristic of positive electrode materials of spent lithium ion batteries,the recovery experiment to separate the valuable metals from the spent lithium ion batteries was investigated.The results show that the best concentration of NaOH for aluminum leaching is 1.250mol/L.The best acid leaching condition was temperature 80℃,50% H2O4,30% H2O2 1.4ml/g(alkali soaks dregs),and time 120min.
