电渣熔铸过程渣池深度对金属熔池影响的数值模拟研究

Research into the numerical simulation of the influence of the depth of slag pool on the metal molten pool during the ESR

  • 摘要: 电渣熔铸过程中,金属熔池深度直接影响熔铸件的结晶,从而影响钢锭的质量.本文借助大型通用有限元软件ANSYS,对不同渣池深度的金属熔池进行了模拟研究,得出金属熔池深度与渣池深度之间存在非线性函数关系.模拟结果与实验值吻合较好.运用此模型可预报金属熔池状况,指导实际生产.

     

    Abstract: The depth of the metal molten pool influences the crystallization of castings so much as to influence the quality of castings in the ESR.In this paper,the non-linearity function relation between the depth of metal molten pool and the depth of slag pool was gained by simulating the depth of metal molten pool with difference slag pool depth with the finite element software ANSYS.The simulation result is verified by the model.And this model can be used to predict the status of the metal molten pool and instruct practice production.
