Abstract:
The transfer morphology of the drolplets was obtained by means of High Speed Camera in MAG welding with Ar+O
2 shielding gas when rotating spray transfer is formed.An interrelation analysis model of the molten metal tip and the liquid metal stream is proposed,the droplets movement and the corresponding rotating parameters were analyzed with the proposed model.It is shown that the movement of the tip plays a leading role in the movement system among the tip,the stream and the cathode spot,the cathode spot plays a draging role to the tip and the stream.The unequilibrium forces that act on the anode spot are the main causes to affect the droplets' rotating spray transfer.
