Abstract: The development of the concentrated resistance welding control system is besed on the analysis of operation requirements in the industry.In the design is incorporated a multifunctional concentracted control panel featuring high performance and simple structure.A concept of composite welding cycle is put forward,the function and realization of which are discussed,All the design and conceptions discussed have been realized in KDF-4 spot/seem welding controller and verified in a production line.
