Dry friction and wear properties of 3D-Network ceramics Reinforced ZL109 alloy composites

  • 摘要: 本文采用压铸法制备了三维连续网状多孔陶瓷增强铝基复合材料,研究了其在干滑动摩擦条件下的磨损行为.结果表明,复合材料的耐磨性优于铝合金,网络孔径越小,复合材料的耐磨性越好.

     

    Abstract: A 3D-network ceramics reinforced aluminum alloys composites was fabricated with die-casting.The wear resistance of MNCC under dry sliding conditions was studied carefully when the loading level was varied.The results showed that the wear resistance of the composites was superior to that of matrix and the wear resistance of the composites is getting better with the diameter's diminishing.
