Spectrophotometric Determintion of Volatile Phenol in Refinery Waste Water by Flow Injection Analysis

  • 摘要: 基于4-氨基安替比林显色原理,采用流动注射技术,建立了炼油废水中挥发酚的快速测定方法.分析速率为40个试样/h,线性范围为0.75~23.0μg/ml,对1.50μg/ml苯酚标准溶液连续测定10次,相对标准偏差为2.8%.对炼油废水样,测定结果与标准方法无显着性差异,获得满意结果.

     

    Abstract: An rapid method for determination of volatile phenol in refinery waste water was proposed,based on the combination of 4-amino-antipyrine coloring principle with flow injection technique.The analysis rate was 40 samples/h,and the linear range of the analysis 0.75~23.0μg/ml.The relative standard deviation(n=10) was 2.8% for phenol standard solution with the concentrtion of 1.50μg/ml.Comparing with conventional method,the determintion results for refinery samples were satisfactory,and it had no remarkable difference.
