Tissues and properties of the new type of white cast iron

  • 摘要: 本文研究不同含硅量、不同铬含量硅铬白口铸铁的组织与性能影响,结果表明:随含硅、铬量的增加,硅铬白口铸铁中碳化物的相对量逐渐增加,基体、碳化物的显微和宏观硬度逐渐增加,碳化物由Fe3C和Fe7C3组成;冷却速度和淬火加热温度对该材料冲击磨粒磨损性能影响不大;硅铬白口铸铁下贝氏体基体耐冲击磨粒磨损性能较其它组织的好.

     

    Abstract: The paper studied the tissues and properties of of SiCr white cast iron with different contents of silicon and chromium,which indicated that with the elevation of Si or Cr content,there was a gradual increase in the relative content of carbide in the SiCr white cast iron, microhardness and macrohardness of carbide and base-body.Carbide is made up of Fe3C and Fe7C3.The abrasive wear value resisting impact of the low bainite tissues of SiCr white cast iron is better than that of other tissues.Cooling rate and quenching heating temperature have little influence on the abrasive wear value of this type of material.
