无溶剂微波法合成咪唑基离子液体的研究

Study on the Synthesis of Imidozole Ionic liquids with Solvent-free Microwave Methods

  • 摘要: 文章研究了微波法合成咪唑基离子液体1-丁基N-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐(bmimBF4),产物经红外表征与预期一致;与传统溶剂合成法比较,溶剂合成法影响产率的主要因素为溶剂类型、反应温度和时间,而微波法则主要受微波功率和辐射时间的影响.实验结果表明,微波法能有效地合成离子液体.合成过程无需溶剂.理想的合成条件为微波功率280W,辐射时间为分钟,产率可达9.7%.

     

    Abstract: In this paper,by microwave method,the synthesis of imidozole ionic liquids was studied and the product was identified by FT-IR.The reaction yields were mainly effected on microwave power and reaction time,but they were solvent medias,reaction temperature and reaction time with the traditional solvent way.The results showed that the reaction of ionic liquids synthesis were efficient by microwave method.The best conditions of the synthesis were that the microwave power was 280W and the reaction time was 5 minutes.The yield can reach to 95.7%.
