壳聚糖钯催化剂催化合成对硝基苯甲醚的研究

Study on synthesis of p-Nitroanisole catalyzed by Chitosan Pd

  • 摘要: 以壳聚糖为载体,负载金属钯作为催化剂,研究了其对合成对硝基苯甲醚反应的催化活性.研究表明,该催化剂具有较高的催化活性,可高转化率、高产率地合成对硝基苯甲醚;通过简单的过滤、溶剂洗涤回收催化剂,并能多次重复使用.

     

    Abstract: Using the natural polymer chitosan as supporter,yellow powder of chitosan-immobilized palladium(Ⅱ) chloride which was prepared by treating chitosan with palladium chloride in hydrochloric acid solution at room temperature was refluxed in ethanol.Its activity of chitosan Pd in the reaction of p-nitrochlorobenzene and methanol with sodium hydroxide for synthesis of p-nitroanisole was studied.The influence factors of reaction was investigated.The catalyst can be recovered by filtration and washing with solvent.And it can be reused by many times.
