Effects of Low-voltage Pulsed Magnetic Field on Solidification Structure of in-situ Aluminum Matrix Composite

摘要: 文章通过调整脉冲电压和放电频率,研究了低压脉冲磁场对原位铝基复合材料凝固组织的影响.结果表明:在脉冲磁场的作用下,复合材料凝固组织由等轴枝晶转变成细小的等轴晶.脉冲电压在0-20V,放电频率在0-6Hz范围内,随着脉冲电压和放电频率的增加,等轴晶不断细化.Abstract: Effects of low-voltage pulsed magnetic field on solidification structure of aluminum matrix composites were investigated by the adjustment of pulse voltage and discharge frequency.The results show that low-voltage pulsed magnetic field can convert equiaxed dendrite into equiaxed crystal in solidification of aluminum matrix composites ranging in 0-250 V of pulse voltage and 0-6Hz of discharge frequency.With the increase of pulse voltage and discharge frequency,equiaxed crystal is remarkably refined.
