Synthesis of adipic acid catalyzed by phosphotungstic acid supported on titania

  • 摘要: 制备了二氧化钛负载磷钨酸催化剂H3PW12O40/TiO2.考察了H3PW12O40/TiO2对0%过氧化氢氧环己烯合成己二酸的催化作用.实验结果表明,使用H3PW12O40/TiO2催化剂.55g,环己烯10.5mL,0%过氧化氢55mL,在90℃下反应6h,己二酸产率达到55%以上.研究了H3PW12O40/TiO2用量、过氧化氢用量、反应时间对己二酸收率的影响.催化剂H3PW12O40/TiO2能重复使用.

     

    Abstract: H32PW12O40/TiO2 was prepared by phosphotungstic acid supported on titania.The effect of the catalyst H32PW12O40/TiO2 on direct oxidation of cyclohexene to adipic acid with 30% H2O2 was investigated.Results show that he yield of adipic acid is up to 55% when using 3.55 g H32PW12O40/TiO2,10.5 mL cyclohexene and 55 mL 30% H2O2 under 90℃ for 6 h.The amount of catalyst H32PW12O40/TiO2,the amount of 30% H2O2 and the effect of reaction time on the isolated yield of adipic acid was studied.Catalyst H32PW12O40/TiO2 can be reused.
