Research on Development Microcomputer Control System for Specialized Combined Welding Machine for Steel-Plstics Compound Plate

  • 摘要: 为了提高钢-塑复合板材焊接生产效率和质量,研制了一种微机控制的专用组合焊机控制器.控制器具有动作位置、时间控制混合控制和单一时间控制方式,能对焊接电流实行闭环控制,提高了机组的可靠性.生产应用表明,工作效率和焊接质量显着提高.

     

    Abstract: In order to raise the productivity and heighten the quality in welding the plastics plate sandwiched with steel wires,this paper has developed a controller for the specialized combined welding machine.This device has two operational modes:single timing and dual timingpositioning,which enables the weldillg current to be feed back controlled and,therefore,increasesthe relability of this machine unit.Practices have shown a significant increase ill working efficiency and weld quality.
