On the problem of controlling Wall Thickness in Centrifugal Cstings

  • 摘要: 采用减重原理和微机技术,设计高精度台秤式定量控制离心铸件壁厚的自动浇注机,在线连续检测控制浇注的液体金属重量,准确控制铸件壁厚.研究结果表明,该系统能显着提高产品质量,具有良好的经济效益和应用价值.

     

    Abstract: In order to control the wall thickness of the centrifugal castings,the authors of this paper have developed a quantitatively controlled high-precision automatic pouring machine of plateform scale type based on the principle of weight reduction,which allows to realize contintuous on-line inspection of the weight of the poured liquid metal and,then,precise control of the wall thickness of castings.Results have shown that this system is helpful on raising significantly the product quality.
