微波烧结ZrO2/LaNbO4-MoSi2复合陶瓷耐磨性研究

Research on Wear Character of Microwave Sintering ZrO2/LaNbO4-MoSi2 Ceramic Composites

  • 摘要: 文章测定了无润滑条件下ZrO2/LaNbO4-MoSi2纳米复合陶瓷的磨损特性曲线,并对其磨损特征进行了分析.结果表明,ZrO2/LaNbO4-MoSi2纳米复合陶瓷的磨损特征以粘着磨损为主.第二相纳米ZrO2颗粒和LaNbO4颗粒的加入能明显改善MoSi2陶瓷的耐磨性.

     

    Abstract: This article measured the wear curve of ZrO2/LaNbO4-MoSi2 ceramic composites and analyzed its wear character.The result shows that the major wear character of ZrO2/LaNbO4-MoSi2 ceramic composites is adherence wear.The wearability can be improved obviously with the addition of LaNbO4 particles and ZrO2 nanoparticles as second phase.
