Development of a Novel Ultrosonic probe for Grid Steel Structure

  • 摘要: 本文详细介绍了网架结构在建筑行业的用途及其特点.对网架结构重要部件之一焊接球节点,分析了焊接球节点焊缝超声波探伤的特点和存在的问题.研制了特微型、大K值、短前沿的双晶片横波斜探头,为全面实现焊接球节点焊缝超声波探伤找出了途径.

     

    Abstract: Problems and characteristics in ultrasonic probe of the welds in the steel sce grid structures with welded spheroid are analyzed in combination with practical inspection.The design of potable crystal probe featuring large angle of reflection,short forward position and small dead zone is implemented.The practicable ways are discovered to accomplish complete ultrasonic probing of the welds in the welded spheroids.
