Simulation of welding processes by finite element analysis

  • 摘要: 利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对T型焊接的温度场和应力场的分布进行了动态模拟,提出高斯函数和双椭球函数相结合的双热源模型.并应用APDL语言实现了焊接全过程温度场的三维动态模拟,其结果与理论值比较吻合.

     

    Abstract: The finite element analysis of temperature fields and stress field in the T welding is accomplished based on the ANSYS.It puts forward a double heat sources model combined with Gaussian and double ellipsoidal distribution.And the dynamic simulation of temperature field and stress field for welding process has been realized by using ANSYS parametric design language(APDL).The results conform to the theory calculation.
