金属缝隙腐蚀时缝内电化学行为的研究

A Study on the Electrochemistry Behavior of the Alloys in the Manmade Crevices

  • 摘要: 采用一种人工横拟缝隙腐蚀装置,测定了1Cr18Ni9Ti、LY12、TC3三种材料在缝隙内的阳极回转扫描曲线、PH值的变化,浸泡一段时间后电流-时间的关系及电位的变化.实验结果表明.极化曲线上的φb和φp是两个评价缝隙腐蚀敏感性重要参数.

     

    Abstract: In this paper,a device of determining the susceptivity of metel's Crerice Corrosion was designed.With this device,the anodic reversing potential scan curves of 1Cr18Ni9Ti,LY12,and TC3 alloys were drawn in Nace 3.5%wt Solution.The experiment results shown that the more narrow Crevices,the lower pH Valueis,and both breakdown potential φb and protertion potetial φp are important value to evaluate crevice Corrosion susceptvity.
