  • 摘要: 对一起人造石英晶体超高压釜爆炸原因进行了分析,判定应力腐蚀为造成该釜爆炸的原因,并在设计、制造和使用等方面提出了预防措施.

     

    Abstract: According to the analysis of the reasons for explosion on the super-high pressure kettle for artificial quartz crystal,the stress corrosion is the determinative cause of the explosion,and the preventive measures for designing、manufacturing and using are presented.
