Optimization of weight selection for H control using evolutionary algorithms

  • 摘要: 在H控制设计中,加权阵函数直接反映了系统的稳定性和性能要求.本文提出了一种采用进化算法优化加权阵选取的方法,把控制系统的多个设计目标转化成不等式约束,将H控制器设计中加权阵的选取表示成一个多目标优化问题,并通过进化算法求解该优化问题.仿真结果表明,所提出的方法能够找到满意的加权阵,同时找到满足给定频域和时域性能指标要求的H控制器,是一种有效的加权阵选取方法.

     

    Abstract: In the process of the H control design, the selection of appropriate weighting matrices directly reflects the stability and performance of a control system. This paper presents a new method for optimizing the selection of weighting matrices in the H control design using evolutionary algorithms. The design objectives are converted to the inequality constraints and the selection of weighting functions is expressed as a multi-objective optimization problem which is solved using evolutionary algorithms. The simulation results show that, the satisfactory weighting matrices can be effectively searched out and thus the H controller satisfying given frequency-and time-domain performance indexes can be found by using the proposed approach.
