  • 摘要: 本文从实践出发,对IGBT的使用中,驱动和保护有关问题进行了分析与阐明,并给出了一套采用M57959L驱动模块驱动IGBT的电路图.

     

    Abstract: Some problems for IGBT drive and protection circuit are analyzed and expounded based on practical applications. A IGBT drive circuit diagram adopted the M57959L is presented in this paper.
