  • 摘要: 本文将Fuzzy-PID算法应用于半导体激光器系统,阐述了Fuzzy-PID控制器的设计和软件模拟.证明了本控制算法对于大滞后、大惯性的温度控制过程具有优良的控制性能及很强的鲁棒性,且现场运行效果良好.

     

    Abstract: This article applies Fuzzy-PID algorithm to temperature control system of semiconductor laser,and introduces the design of Fuzzy-PID controller and software simulation.The results show that this algorithm is very high performance and strong robust in the process of the temprature control with large time delay and inertia system.
