The Application of MDS Diagram in Monolithic Processor Emulating Control System for Liquid Met al Forging Technology

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了液态模锻工艺过程单片机仿真控制系统的设计方法,包括液态模锻工艺流程确立、逻辑量确立、硬件系统设计、MDS图的建立及软件实现,在工艺设备的逻辑性控制中应用MDS图控制结构设计的控制器可方便地实现PLC的控制功能,也可方便地实现其他数字逻辑系统的控制功能.

     

    Abstract: The design method of monolithic processor emulating control system for liquid met al forging technology is introduced in this paper.It includes the establishment of liquid met al forging technological chart and logical variables,the design of hardware system,the building-up of MDS diagram and the actualization of software.For the logiscal control of technological equipment,the designed controller by use of the control structure of MDS diagram can easily actualize the control functions of PLC,and easily actualize the control functions of the other digital logical systems.
