PVB/PZT/炭黑复合材料的介电和压电性能研究

摘要: 选用导电炭黑为导电粒子,采用热压法制备出PVB/PZT/炭黑三相复合材料,研究了炭黑对复合材料介电、压电性能的影响。结果表明:添加导电炭黑粒子可以提高PVB/PZT复合材料的介电和压电性能,但不影响PVB/PZT复合材料介电常数的频率稳定性,也不增加复合材料的介电损耗;PVB/PZT/炭黑三相复合材料具有高介电常数、低介电损耗的特点;当导电炭黑和PVB的体积含量分别为0.5%和30%时,PVB/PZT/炭黑复合材料的介电常数为120,压电常数d33为56pC/N,复合材料综合电性能最佳。Abstract: Three-phase PVB/PZT/CB carbon black composites were prepared by using hot-molding technique with the conductive carbon black as the conductive particle.The influence of the carbon black on piezoelectric and dielectric properties of composites was investigated.The results indicated that the piezoelectric and dielectric constant of the composites increased by adding suitable quantity carbon black,and the PVB/PZT/CB composites show a high dielectric constant and lower dielectric loss.The maximum dielectric constant of 120 and piezoelectric constant of 56pC/N for PVB/PZT/CB composites can be achieved respectively when volume fraction of carbon black is 0.5% and PVB is 30%.
