Vessel Segmentation with Local Directional Active Contour Model

摘要: 将可调节尺度局部区域模型采用的核函数分解为两个方向的线性局部平均,由此提取的局部信息分别与目标和背景匹配,提出了方向性的局部区域模型。并将此模型应用于血管影像分割,克服了可调节尺度局部区域模型在血管影像分割中对初始条件依赖的问题。实验给出了提出的算法应用于临床获得的血管影像分割的结果,并与其他方法进行比较。Abstract: In this paper,the local kernel in the region-scalable model is decomposed into two directional linear local means,which are fitted to object and background,respectively.The proposed model is applied to vessel segmentation and achieves robust segmentation against the variety of initial location.Experiments give the segmentation results of clinic angiogram with the proposed method,which is compared to those with other methods.
