Development of JK-20D LD Therapeutic Instrument

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了一种医用半导体激光系统的光路、恒流源及控制保护电路、温控、结构等方面的设计.该仪器的激光波长810nm,输出光功率0-468mW连续可调,可用于激光理疗和激光针灸等临床应用.

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the design of a medical LD system,including its optics,constant-current source,protective circuit,temperature control and structure.This instrument has a laser wavelength of 810nm,and a continuously adjustable output beam power of 0-468mW.It can be used in clinical applications of laser physical therapy and laser acupuncture-moxibustion.
