CO2焊模糊波控逆变电源与平特性逆变电源焊接性能对比研究

Comparison of Welding Characteristic of Fuzzy Wave Contol Electrical Power Source and Constant Voltage Power Source of CO2 Welding

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了CO2焊模糊波控逆变电源的原理,对其焊接性能与带电子电抗器的平特性逆变电源作了对比研究.结果表明:模糊波控逆变电源无论在焊接飞溅量,焊缝成型及可控性,还是在焊接过程的稳定性上都较带电子电抗器的平特性逆变电源有很大的提高.并对其原因进行了探讨.

     

    Abstract: In this paper,the principle of Fuzzy wave controlled CO2 welding power source is introduced.Welding characteristic of Fuzzy wave controlled CO2 welding power source and constant voltage power source with eletrical reactor are compared.The experiment results show that Fuzzy wave controlled CO2 welding power source has superior welding characteristic in small spatter,good weld formation,control characteristic,and stabel welding process.The reasons are discussed too.
