Simulation analysis of carbon steel microstructure in the electroslag casting process

  • 摘要: 电渣熔铸中的工艺参数决定金属熔池的形状和微观晶粒的尺寸及取向,并最终影响熔铸钢锭的质量.本文采用元胞自动机法,借助MATLAB软件,对电渣熔铸钢锭微观组织进行数值模拟研究,模拟结果与实验结果吻合较好.同时研究了渣池温度,侧面换热系数,底部换热系数对熔池形状和晶粒取向的影响,为实际生产提供了理论依据.

     

    Abstract: The technological parameters determine the metal pool profile and the microstructure's size and tropism in the electroslag casting process,which affects the quality of ingot casting.The microstructure in the electroslag casting process was simulated by CA method in the surrounding of the software MATLAB,the results of which were in accordance with experiments.The influence on the metal pool profile and the microstructure's size and tropism,which was caused by the temperature of the electroslag pool,the coefficient of the bottom and the side,was discussed,which provided the scientific basis for the process of the electroslag casting.
