Treating Methanol Wastewater by Immobilized Microorganis

  • 摘要: 文章利用固定化微生物技术对甲醇废水进行降解处理研究.首先,分别以聚乙烯醇(PVA)和海藻酸钠为包埋材料,包埋驯化后的活性污泥,制成固定化小球颗粒,对甲醇废水进行处理,比较了这两种包埋材料的优缺点.其次,改进固定化小球的性能,选用聚乙烯醇和海藻酸钠复配作为包埋载体,确定此固定化微生物小球的最佳制备条件为:PVA 10%,海藻酸钠0.2%,污泥与包埋材料质量比为1:1,交联时间为24h.最后,以制备好的固定化微生物小球处理甲醇废水,得出最佳反应条件为pH 7.0,HRT6h.

     

    Abstract: Treatment of methanol wastewater by immobilized microorganism is studied.First,with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and sodium alginate(SA) as the imbedding material,activated sludge is imbedded in the shape of ball to treat the methanol wastewater and both the advantages and disadvantages of embedding materials are compared.Second,the performance of immobilized ball is enhanced and the immobilized ball which is prepared with PVA-SA is choosed.The optimum imbedding conditions of this immobilized ball are determined: PVA10%,SA0.2%,sludge and embedded materials ratio 1:1 and linking time 24h.Finally,experiments choose the immobilized ball under the optimum conditions to treat methanol wastewater.The results show that the optimum conditions are pH7.0,HRT 6h.
