基于脊波变换的三维工业CT图像空间距离测量
Space distance measurement of industrial computed tomography based on ridgelet transform

摘要: 工业CT是一种应用广泛的射线无损检测技术,工业CT三维图像的测量是其中重要的组成部分.本文利用脊波变换,初步实现了三维工业CT图像的空间距离测量.首先对三维图像进行三维Radon变换,得到投影值构成的二维图像(称为投影值图像).然后在待测量位置画一条直线,对直线上的灰度值进行小波变换.根据变换后的小波系数确定投影值图像的边缘位置,从而求出三维图像内两点的距离.仿真实验表明:采用本文的脊波方法测量三维工业CT图像的两点空间距离可达到较高精度.Abstract: Industrial computed tomography is widely used in ray non-destructive testing technology.The measurement of 3D image is an important component of industrial computed tomography.In the paper,ridgelet transform is used in 3D image measurement of industrial computed tomography.Radon transform is used on 3D image at first.Then two-dimensional image(called projection image) is gotten by the projections.A straight line was drawn in the measured position.Wavelet transform is used in the pixels which are on the straight line.Then the two edge positions on the line can be judged by the wavelet coefficients and the distance between two points is obtained.The simulation results show that the accuracy of using the ridgelet method to measure the distance between two points in space is high.
