LY12MO铝合金板时效成形回弹率研究

Study on Springback of Age Forming for LY12Mo Alloy

  • 摘要: 利用自备机械时效工装,设计正交试验以分析探索了LY12MO铝合金板圆弧弯曲的时效成形工艺及变形规律,得到了时效成形的工艺参数影响顺序,初步研究了工件回弹量的实际控制方法.结果显示,当工艺为时效温度190℃、时效时间10h的条件下可使回弹率控制在12%以下,且金相组织有明显改变.

     

    Abstract: This paper explores age forming technology and deforming rule of bending process for LY12MO aluminum alloy by orthogonal test,based on self-contained mechanical die.Influence subsequance of process parameter on age forming was obtained.Actual control was explored in this paper.Result shows that springback would reach less than 12% under the best technology,and metallurgical structure would be changed.
