Corrosion Character of 737CL Keel Beam at BS535

  • 摘要: 波音737CL老龄飞机龙骨梁下缘条BS3区域普遍存在腐蚀.文章根据腐蚀现象以及腐蚀环境、应力分析;并采用TEM手段以及海洋性盐雾环境腐蚀试验;研究其腐蚀规律.结果表明:剥蚀为波音737CL龙骨粱下缘条BS3区域主要腐蚀类型,空调舱冷凝水溶液是腐蚀的外因,龙骨梁下缘条挤压型材扁平状晶粒以及沿晶界连续分布的无弥散区是剥蚀的内因,压应力加速了剥蚀扩展.

     

    Abstract: Corrosion character on the keel beam lower chord of 737CL at BS535 area,which is prevalent on aging airplane,was investigated based on the corrosion signs,environment,stress,TEM and corrosion test in oceanic environment.The results showed that the main type of corrosion was EFC.The condensed water in air-condition bay provided the corrosive environment.The intrinsic factors of EFC include the elongated grains and the continuous PFZ along the grain boundary of the material.Compression stress accelerated EFC.
