  • 摘要: 本文介绍了羧甲基壳寡糖-亚铁的制备方法.探讨了时间、pH值等对制备的影响.pH=6时,羧甲基壳寡糖对Fe2+的最大吸附量为0.8mmol/g.羧甲基壳寡糖-亚铁有望成为治疗缺铁性贫血的良药.

     

    Abstract: In this paper,the preparation of the ferrous carboxymethyl chetooligosaccharides was introduced.The preparation conditions,such as time,pH etc.were discussed.The maximum uptake of Fe2+ at pH=6 on carboxymethyl chitooligosaccharedes was 0.38mmol/g.The ferrous carboxymethyl chitooligosaccharides may become a good ferruginous in future.
