耐磨贝氏体钢及其组织与性能研究

A Study on the Structures And Properties of Wear-Resistant Bainite steel

  • 摘要: 本研究采用廉价硅锰元素为主加元素开发出了铸态或空冷可获得贝氏体组织的耐磨钢,并对其机械性能和组织结果进行了分析测试,结果表明,该钢在获得高硬度高强度的同时有较高的韧性,所获得的贝氏体组织中的铁素体板条含有过饱和碳和高密度位错,板条间分布着高碳的奥氏体膜.用该钢制造的耐磨件工业应用表明比传统高锰钢和白口铸铁有更高的耐磨性.文章还对新钢种具有高的抗冲击磨粒磨损抗力原因进行了探讨.

     

    Abstract: A new kind of wear resitant steel developed with Si,Mn alloying,which is of structure of Bainite in casting or air cooling state.The structures and properties of the steel was investigated in this paper.The results show that:A high Hardness,high strength,good toughnes can be achieved.The Bainite ferrite is supersaturatad with carbon and of high dense dislocation.There are high carbon content reained Austenites between the ferrites.The wear-resistant parts made by this steel have better wear resistace than traditional high manganese steel and low chromiun white cast iron in industry polication.The reason of good abraisive resistance of this steel was also discussed.
