中药鸡血藤与大血藤的化学模式识别研究

摘要: 提出了一种基于傅里叶红外光谱快速鉴别鸡血藤与混淆品大血藤的化学模式识别新方法。对傅里叶红外光谱数据进行标准化和小波变换处理,对比了数据处理前后主成分分析和聚类分析对两种中药的分辨结果。结果表明,采用小波细节系数作为中药的特征变量能完全正确地将两类中药区分开。采用偏最小二乘法建立鸡血藤和大血藤的判别模型,对预报集的中药类别判别准确率达到100%。Abstract: A new fast chemical pattern recognition method was developed to discriminate traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) of Caulis spatholobi and adulterant Caulis sargentodoxae based on Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The original data matrix of FTIR were pretreated with normalization and wavelet transform,and discrimination results of two kinds of TCM using principal component analysis and cluster analysis were compared before and after data processing.Results showed that two kinds of TCM could be completely and correctly discriminated using wavelet detail coefficient as the characteristic variables.Kinds of TCM in the verification set was predicted using partial least squares(PLS) calibration model with 100% accuracy of prediction.
