氯霉素分子印迹聚合物的制备研究

Preparation of Chloramphenicol-Imprinted Polymer

  • 摘要: 以氯霉素为模板分子,甲基丙烯酰胺为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸脂为交联剂,采用分子印迹技术,通过光引发聚合制备了氯霉素分子印迹聚合物,探讨并优化了制备条件.结果表明,印迹聚合物较相应的非印迹聚合物对氯霉素的吸附速度更快、吸附富集性能更高,光聚合较热聚合更好.

     

    Abstract: By using chloramphenicol as the template molecule,methacryamide as the functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the croes linking monomer.,a chloramphenicol-imprinted polymer was prepared by the molecular imprinting technology and photo-initiated polymerization.The conditions for preparation of the imprinted polymer were investigated and optimized.The results showed that chloramphenicol-imprinted polymer had faster adsorptive rate and higher adsorptive capacity,as compared with its corresponding non-imprinted polymer,and that photo-initiated polymerization was better than heat-initiated polymerization.
