The Measurement of Chlorine Ion Content in the Berr With Automatic Electric Potential Titration

  • 摘要: 本文讨论了自动电位滴定法测定啤酒中的氯离子含量,且将原用二阶微商法求终点电位,用计算机BASIC语言程序代替,简化了复杂的计算.用此法测得市购南昌啤酒中氯离子含量为141.8~142.5mg·L-1.回收率的范围为:98.6%~102.4%.方法精密度:连续测定同一样品10次,标准偏差0.29,变异系数0.2%.

     

    Abstract: This paper discussed the measurement of Chlorine ion content in the beer with automatic electric potential titration,the BASIC program was composed to replace he method of calculating the terminal porint potential with the seand derivative,which simplifies the complex calculation. It is shown that the Chlorine ion content in Nanchang Beer is 141.8~142.5 mg·L-1 .The range of restoring rate is 99.7%-102.4%.The data analysis shows that this method is rather accurate with 0.29 for standard deviation and 0.2% for the variable coefficent.
