醇溶剂回流法提取藜蒿中黄酮类化合物方法研究

Studies on extraction of general flavone compound from artemisia selengensis turcz by refluxing with ethanol

  • 摘要: 采用醇溶剂提取藜蒿中总黄酮.充分探讨了各因素对黄酮提取率的影响,并对结果进行分析.实验结果表明,乙醇浓度为70%,料液比为1:40,提取温度为90℃,提取时间为100min,pH为10,提取2次为提取藜蒿中黄酮的最佳条件,总黄酮提取率为6.82%.

     

    Abstract: Extraction of general flavone compounds from artemisia selengensis turcz by refluxing with ethanol as solvent was studied.All factors were fully discussed and the results were analysised.The optimum conditions of extraction were as followed:70% ethanol as solvent,1:40 for the ratio of material to solvent,extraction at 90℃ and pH 10 for 100min,and extraction twice.The rate of extraction of general flavone compound from artemisia selengensis turcz was 6.82%.
