Abstract:
The deformation behavior of TC11 alloy at temperature in the range of 780℃-1080℃ and with strain rates from 0.001s
-1~70s
-1had been investigated by the test of equal temperature compression. The relationship among deformation temperature, strain rate, degree of deformation resistance had been established. The results show that the flow stress is controlled by both strain rate and deformation temperature, and the flow stress decreases with the increase of temperature,or with the decrease of strain rate.Especially deformation temperature has a great effect on flow stress at α+β region.
