Advanced nondestructive evaluation techniques and applications based on ultrasonic imaging

  • 摘要: 通过先进的可视化成像检测技术可以准确地获取材料及其结构内部缺陷大小、位置以及三维分布特征.在众多的可视化成像无损检测方法中,超声成像检测方法是一种已经在复合材料、焊接等领域得到广泛应用的可视化成像检测技术,通过超声B-、C-、T-扫描以及三维投影成像,可以揭示材料及其结构中缺陷和微结构的三维量化分布.本文介绍了基于超声成像检测方法的典型检测应用及结果.

     

    Abstract: Defects and their topologies and structure details can be visualized by using non-destructive testing and evaluation(NDTE) based on visual imaging techniques.So far,a diverse of visual imaging techniques have developed for the purposes of NDTE.The powerful one of them is ultrasonic imaging technique,which has been applied in practical industries.Ultrasonic imaging methods based on B-,C-,T-scan and 3D projection imaging provide the opportunities to see bulk structure details and quantitative NDTE of materials.It can be employed to evaluation of composites and adhesive bonding components both in Lab and in-service.Typical applications and results in evaluation of composites and welding have been presented in this paper too.
