The Bulk Synthesis of a New Liquid Crystal Polymer by Solution Polymerization

  • 摘要: 通过三步合成液晶高分子中间体乙烯基对苯二甲酸,以此中间体来合成单体乙烯基对苯二甲酸二对丁氧基苯酚酯(BPCS)和批量的液晶高分子聚乙烯基对苯二甲酸二对丁氧基苯酚酯(PBPCS),利用红外光谱IR、核磁共振NMR、元素分析仪对单体BPCS和聚合物PBPCS进行表征。红外光谱、核磁共振、元素分析结果,证明了合成的单体BPCS和聚合物PB-PCS的正确性,符合实验要求。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,the monomer of 2,5-bis(4-butyloxyphenyl)oxycarbonylstyrene and the polymer of Poly2,5-bis(4-butyloxyphenyl)oxycarbonylstyrene were successfully synthesized through intermediate vinyl terephthalic acid and further characterized by IR,NMR and elemental analysis,the results of IR,NMR and elemental analysis showed that the product of BPCS and PBPCS meet the requirements.
