铝合金大厚度薄壁异形件的线切割加工

Wire-DEM on the Heavy-Thickness and Thin-Wall Alumium Alloy Special Parts

  • 摘要: 本文以某飞行器风道零件为例对铝合金大厚度薄壁异形件的线切割加工进行了工艺分析和探讨.提出了机床线架的改造方案和线切割专用夹具的设计方案.在此基础上,对4种规格8件风道零件进行了实际加工,全部产品完全符合图纸要求.最后对铝合金大厚度薄壁异形件的线切割加工得出了几点具有实用价值的结论.

     

    Abstract: Based on the air channel parts of some aircrats,this paper analyzes and discusses how to fabricate the heavy-thickness and thin-wall aluminum alloy special parts with Wire-EDM,and then puts forward the rebuiliding precept of machining tool wire-shelf and the design precept of Wire-EDM appropriative tongs.Based on the precepts,four type of eight pieces of air channel parts were fab ricated,all sizes of the parts meet the drawing requirements thoroughly.Finally,some practically valuable conclusions of wire-EDM processing methods of the parts are proposed.
