Establishment of Multi-Factor Mathematical Model in Carbon Potential Control

  • 摘要: 研究了甲醇-乙酸乙酯气喷气炉内直接制备气氛的碳势控制问题,建立了以温度T、甲烷含量、二氧化碳含量为参数的三因素碳势计算模型。该模型真实地反映了该种炉气的碳势变化情况。经过几百次的试验表明,实测碳势值与模型计算值最大偏差为0.053%。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,the authors have studied the problem of controlling the carbon potential in the furnace using methanol-ethylacetate as a spraying agent and hence set up a mathematical model including three factors,e,g.temperature(T),CH4-content(%)and CO2-content(%).This model really rcflects the changing status of the carbon potential in that kind of furnace gas atmosphere.Through hundreds of tesrs,the results have shown a very good agreement between the maesured values and the calculated ones with a maximun error 0.053(WT%).
