Abstract:
In this paper,the authors have studied the problem of controlling the carbon potential in the furnace using methanol-ethylacetate as a spraying agent and hence set up a mathematical model including three factors,e,g.temperature(T),CH
4-content(%)and CO
2-content(%).This model really rcflects the changing status of the carbon potential in that kind of furnace gas atmosphere.Through hundreds of tesrs,the results have shown a very good agreement between the maesured values and the calculated ones with a maximun error 0.053(WT%).
