亚铁盐、PAM复合絮凝剂处理电镀废水中Cr6+的研究

Studies on the Mixed Flocculant Fe2++PAM in Treatment the Electroplate Wastewater Cr6+

  • 摘要: 本文研究了亚铁盐与PAM复合絮凝剂处理电镀废水中Cr6+的絮凝效果、性能和机理,测定了最佳PH值、最佳投药量、最佳水力条件以及絮凝过程中Cr6+的浓度变化、水纤密度变化和电导率变化等,并用显微摄影拍摄了絮凝过程不同阶段的矾花大小.为管道絮凝器用于处理电镀废水的设计研制提供理论依据.

     

    Abstract: The flocculent effect,properties and mechanism were studied in the treatmeInt of electroplate wastewater Cr6+ using mixed flocculant Fe2++PAM.The optimum hydrodynamics condition,Cr6+ conentration.wate density and electrical conductivity changes have been measured.The floccule size was photographed by microphotography.The results give useful infrmation for the design of pipe-flow flocculator.
