悬浮浇注对铝铜合金组织遗传性的影响

The Effect of Floating Casting on the Structure Heredity of Al-Cu Alloys

  • 摘要: 采用悬浮浇注法研究了ZL201合金的遗传现象及其组织性能的影响.通过分析试件的凝固特性,对合金的组织遗传机理进行了初步探讨.结果表明:悬浮剂的加入使合金的凝固时间缩短,凝固速度增加,促进了合金结晶组织的细化;当加入3%wt悬浮剂时合金组织有明显改善,且力学性能σ和δ分别提高了8.8%和23.1%.证明了熔体中的弥散质点是组织遗传"基因"的观点.

     

    Abstract: The effect of heredity phenomenon on the structure properties of ZL201 alloys is investigated by floating casting.The mechanism of heredity is discussed by analysising the solidification characteristic.The result shows that the adding of floating agent makes solidification time shorten,speed fast,and alloy structure refined.The view-point for which the dispersed particles in molten metal are a gane of structure heredity is proved,the alloy structure can be improved obviously and the mechanical properties σ band δ may be increased by 8.8% and 23.1%.
