Development of Measuring Young’s Modulus and Poisson Ratio for High-temperature Material by Moire Interferometry

  • 摘要: 分析了激光云纹干涉测量高温材料弹性模量和泊松比的可行性,当测量区域的尺寸大小相同时,云纹干涉法的测量灵敏度高于双表式引伸计的测量灵敏度。本文的试验采用国产铝基碳化硅材料,复制了硅橡胶正交栅,在350℃及其以下的温度环境中试验结果较理想。

     

    Abstract: Analysis is made on the feasibility of measuring Young's modulus and Poisson's ratio for high-temperature material by moirè interferometry.Measuring sen sitivity of moirè interferometry is higher than that of extensometer,if the mea surea area of moirè interferometry is equal to that of extensometer. Aluminium-carborundum is applied in the test.Silastic grating is copied on the te st specimen.The test result is ideal while temperature is not higher than 350℃.
