Development of Auto TIG Welding Power Source for All Position Welding

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了一种适用于管—管、管—板对接的全位置自动TIG焊晶体管电源,该电源采用可编程控制器控制,具有直流/脉冲功能,焊接参数在4个区间内可分别预制,试验表明,该电源区间过渡时电弧稳定,抗干扰能力强,焊缝均匀、连续.

     

    Abstract: In this paper,a newly developed transistor power source is presented-auto tungsten inert gas(TIG)welding for all position in pipe pipe and pipe plate butt welding,in which programmable logic controller(PLC)is adopted.Four regions are divided for all position welding and the parameters in all regions can be regulated respectively.This TIG power source can be used for both of pulsed current welding and direct current(DC)welding.It is shown from experiments that the power source is characterized by the intensity of anti disturbance and the stability of arc during transition among the four regions,therefore,the weld being in identical and continuous form.
